I have a friend who was a model on chaturbate . His account was suspended yesterday because it appeared that there were two people in the broadcast, but I know for a fact it was just him using a webcam and a phone cam to show different angles. The cams were a little out of sync so I may have appeared to be two different people. He contacted support to appeal the suspension so he could be reinstated. But the wait feels like an eternity. Is there anything else that can be done to speed this up? He should not have to wait for weeks because of something that didn’t happen. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks!

As the account is suspended, they will be required to fill out the support form & wait for Support to reply to them after they’ve investigated the issue.

There can be issues where streamers / broadcasters have multiple cameras & broadcasting from multiple accounts, while this can get you more viewers it can also cause more issues than just broadcasting from one account.

IF there was a report or if support had spotted another person on stream, Support would have looked into this issue & suspended the account until the 2nd person was verified.

There is also a chance that the streamer in question has broken multiple rules / terms & that is why it is taking supporter longer than normal to reply, it is also possible support has replied but the email has gone into the junk / spam box as they normally reply within a couple of days.

Also be warned that some email providers will actively block Chaturbate emails.

All we can advise is that’s the streamer needs to fill out the form once again, stating what they believe they were suspended for & they’ve not had a reply as yet. They will then have to wait up to 72 hours for a reply. Please note that a reply can take up to a week as well.

Unfortunately you will need to wait for support to reply IF you’ve filled out the support form. As the friend is already banned, it could happen to you, specially if your friend has been terminated by Chaturbate.

i was suspended because i had two guys from grindr come over and do a show. i did not realize i needed to upload their ID’s as well. i have no way of contacting them because it was a hook up on grinder is there any way for me to get my accout back

Anyone that appears on a stream / camera always needs to be age verified on your account, even if they are age verified on another account. This is clearly stated on the terms of the site that you sign up to & the rules.

You will need to fill out the support form on Chaturbate’s support page to find out if you are allowed to return the site.

Please note Chaturbate ‘may’ have terminated the account in this situation. If they have, they may only give one reply to state termination. Afterwards they will highly likely not reply anymore.

I don’t get it why am I banned and please don’t tell me to use the form because it’s been months with nothing back

Unfortunately there’s no other way to get in touch with Chaturbate Support, but if you haven’t heard back from support it’ll be one of the following issues why:

1, Your reply from support has been blocked by your email provider or been sent to the spam folder

2, Your account has been terminated, which support will normally one reply & then cut all support off.

3, Support hasn’t spotted your message, which is why it could be time to fill out the form once again.

Why doesn’t chaturbate tell you why you were banned? It used to be my favorite site. I have 2 accounts banned but yet I cant delete them. i dont care about the tokens-im done with this site-I found a better one.

When you join Chaturbate, you sign up to the terms & conditions of the site which are you are claiming you agree to. This also means you agree to the rules that are set out on the site.

Once your account is banned, Chaturbate won’t allow you to delete the account as they keep the details of why the account was banned. This is so that if you make another account, they can see why the 1st account was banned & proceed to ban the 2nd account.

This all depends on the conditions why you were banned in the first place.

The only way you can find out why you were banned / terminated is to fill out their form on the support section of the site.

How do we know the length of the suspension if they don’t communicate within 24-48 hours? Ive been waiting on a response and if they’ll want documents submitted then they should reply faster.

Due to the size of the site regarding streamers & users, it can take a while for support to reply to requests. If you send multiple emails or fill out the form multiple times regarding the same situation, this can & does push your request for help back.

You will need to fill out the form if you haven’t already done so, this is to request information why your account has been banned or if the account has been terminated.

Only support can inform you of the account has been banned or terminated, if it has been terminated they ‘may’ not inform you why. But normally it’s due to a violation of the terms that you signed up to.

If you’ve sent a direct email you will need to wait for support to reply, sending multiple emails will just push your enquiry to the back as it swamps the support system.

Chaturbate are asking users / streamers to fill out the form for support over an issue so they can quickly solve issues.
