How long does it take for my ban appeal to get through?? I sent it april 22, its been 15 days, over two weeks, still nothing, not even a reason for the ban.. smh
It can take anywhere between 24 to 72 hours normally, but has been to take up to a week. It all depends on how busy they are, you can reply to the automated message you will have received to ask if there is an update on your case as you have not received a reply.
Hi, I’m reaching out to ask for advice regarding my account situation. My account was recently banned, and I still haven’t received a clear explanation of what rule I may have violated.
I streamed using a friend’s account while my verified account was connected as a guest active account. After about 3 hours, there was a notification saying one of the linked guests became inactive, which was my main account. When I checked it (I hadn’t logged in for about 5 months), I found out it had been banned that same day.
I didn’t intend to break any rules, so I’m really trying to understand what might have happened. Based on your knowledge of CB rules, could you share any insight or advice on what I should do next? I’d really appreciate your help. Thank you.

Please select “Account” & choose the option “My account was banned”.
Give as much detail as you can, support ‘should’ reply within 72 hours to 1 week depending on how busy they are. But a ban can range from multiple reasons that are listed within the terms of the site & rules listed within the support pages.
IF you have already messaged support, you’ll need to wait for them to reply. If they have already replied, they should have stated what the ban was for.
How I can create another username having different appearance with my main blog?
You can make 2 accounts with two different browsers & two different webcams. But please note that there could be issues while you’re trying to broadcast from the two accounts at the same time. This can & does cause some broadcasters to be banned.
It would be best to ask Support that you want to do this & ask them for some guidance on doing this. You’ll then have the messages from support to back up yourself if you do get banned.

Please be advised that the broadcaster (Broadcaster username) is permanently banned from the Chaturbate platform.

The account is banned permanently, any new accounts that are made & linked to the old account (IP or ID) will be banned by Chaturbate as they’re trying to bypass the ban they have received.
They’re also stating any tokens they receive won’t be paid. They’re not allowed to come back to Chaturbate due to the permanent ban they’ve received.
I have a friend who was a model on chaturbate . His account was suspended yesterday because it appeared that there were two people in the broadcast, but I know for a fact it was just him using a webcam and a phone cam to show different angles. The cams were a little out of sync so I may have appeared to be two different people. He contacted support to appeal the suspension so he could be reinstated. But the wait feels like an eternity. Is there anything else that can be done to speed this up? He should not have to wait for weeks because of something that didn’t happen. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks!
As the account is suspended, they will be required to fill out the support form & wait for Support to reply to them after they’ve investigated the issue.
There can be issues where streamers / broadcasters have multiple cameras & broadcasting from multiple accounts, while this can get you more viewers it can also cause more issues than just broadcasting from one account.
IF there was a report or if support had spotted another person on stream, Support would have looked into this issue & suspended the account until the 2nd person was verified.
There is also a chance that the streamer in question has broken multiple rules / terms & that is why it is taking supporter longer than normal to reply, it is also possible support has replied but the email has gone into the junk / spam box as they normally reply within a couple of days.
Also be warned that some email providers will actively block Chaturbate emails.
All we can advise is that’s the streamer needs to fill out the form once again, stating what they believe they were suspended for & they’ve not had a reply as yet. They will then have to wait up to 72 hours for a reply. Please note that a reply can take up to a week as well.

Unfortunately you will need to wait for support to reply IF you’ve filled out the support form. As the friend is already banned, it could happen to you, specially if your friend has been terminated by Chaturbate.
Chaturbate has strict rules regarding streamers / users that are terminated or banned on the site.

i was suspended because i had two guys from grindr come over and do a show. i did not realize i needed to upload their ID’s as well. i have no way of contacting them because it was a hook up on grinder is there any way for me to get my accout back
Anyone that appears on a stream / camera always needs to be age verified on your account, even if they are age verified on another account. This is clearly stated on the terms of the site that you sign up to & the rules.
You will need to fill out the support form on Chaturbate’s support page to find out if you are allowed to return the site.
Please note Chaturbate ‘may’ have terminated the account in this situation. If they have, they may only give one reply to state termination. Afterwards they will highly likely not reply anymore.
