(from whitestripe_71 on twitter) Hi, can you offer any advice please. Three days ago a 40tkn tip went from my account to a user I don’t know and whose cam I’ve never seen. I did not make that tip. I immediately changed my pword & emailed chaturbate. Shortly after doing this the remaining 296 tokens were removed from my account – in the token stats it says ‘Admin adjustment: Token transfer -296’. I’ve emailed CB 3 times now & received no reply. Have you seen anything like this before?

This kind of issue has been reported before.

Make sure when emailing Support their replies are not appearing in the spam box.  Its best to email support at certain times UK = 5pm GMT till 1am GMT.

Please make sure when emailing Support to give all information:

Username, tokens that were in the account and what has been removed, who the last person you tipped (officially) and when you noticed the issue on the account.

Sometimes using certain email services such as yahoo & hotmail can cause issues.  Gmail is known as a good service to get a reply with.
