This kind of issue has been reported before.
Make sure when emailing Support their replies are not appearing in the spam box. Its best to email support at certain times UK = 5pm GMT till 1am GMT.

Please make sure when emailing Support to give all information:
Username, tokens that were in the account and what has been removed, who the last person you tipped (officially) and when you noticed the issue on the account.
Sometimes using certain email services such as yahoo & hotmail can cause issues. Gmail is known as a good service to get a reply with.
