If your account has been banned for underage, it means you will have to submit for verification to prove you are over the age of 18.

This is the only solution for this kind of issue sorry. You will need to contact support@chaturbate.com to have the account unlocked so you can submit for verification, or just send your verification details to them and they will upload on your behalf and confirm the account.
