Not a question on rules, but I’m having trouble with one aspect of the rooms on the CB site at the moment – the video box (and sound) is working fine, the user column is working fine, but the chat column is showing ‘connecting, unable to connect, trying to reconnect’. Are the video, users and chat on 3 different servers or something like that? (I’ve checked in different browsers.)

This does happen with quite a few people, it can be effected by an update that has happened by Chaturbate.

Video feed is on one server & chat is on another, this makes it less stress on just 1 server.

Suggestions are to try another browser: Chrome, Firefox, Safari (Mac only), Internet Explorer / Edge (PC only) & Opera

If you are still receiving the same error on the other browsers, you may need to do a force refresh on the browser:

Force refresh makes the browser retrieve the updated code from the website by the following commands: Ctrl + F5 on PC & CMD + R on Mac

If this still does not work, you may need to clear your computers cache:

IF this STILL doesn’t work, it maybe that Chaturbate’s servers are having issues and you will just need to wait until the server has recovered and come back online.

When the server is back online & you’re having trouble try emailing support@chaturbate.com & explain to them what is happening and that you have tried all the above solutions, as it may well turn out that there could be an issue with your account.
