Regarding the minimum duration (say t minutes) a broadcaster has set for a private show at rate y per/min, does this mean that a minimum of t x y will be deducted even if the show lasts less than t minutes? Or is the minimum duration merely what the broadcaster hopes for?

The tokens that are set by the model will be deducted by the site when you start private / group every minute as this is automatic.

So if a model sets 30 tokens per minute for a private show, this is what will be removed from the users account when they are in the private.

But please note that the tokens within that minute get split into the seconds between that minute.
