i raised my spending limit and havent recieved my 200 free tokens i have purchased tokens in the past. also i noticed they raised my spending limit. have sent numerous comments to support to no avail

When raising your spending limit, Support needs to verify the details before they can raise the limit.  Once this has been confirmed, they will email to to confirm the raise of the limit and will credit your account with the 200 tokens.

If this has not been credited to the account you need to contact support@chaturbate – depending on which email service you are using (hotmail, yahoo etc etc) these emails can be blocked due to the nature of the content (Adult emails).

The best email service to use to contact support is Gmail / Google email – make sure you send support all the details i.e: Username & email address your account is registered under & the issue with the account.

If you still have no joy or your email address that is registered with Chaturbate IS a Gmail / Google email account, you can contact billing@chaturbate.com who will look into this issue or pass this onto the department for you.
