I purchased tokens a few hours ago it shows that I received them but when I try to tip I get a message saying unable to tip contact support but they don’t respond. Have you heard of this before what should I do?

You need to contact support@chaturbate.com they are the only ones that can fix this issue for you.  They are a little behind on emails so please give them time.
