“I use to broadcast with another account, I change model company now somebody else its using my old account without my authorization. how I make then to stop using my old account? You need to get in contact with support with all the necessary information.” What is the necessary information support needs?

The information that Support needs:

Username, the email linked to that account & the last time you logged into the account.  Plus state all the information you’ve stated here that it was your old account.

But please bare in mind that if the account has been deleted for a certain amount of time, CB does have the right to ‘recycle’ old accounts.
