I had to leave the room for a little bit and faced the camera at a movie. I came back and the account was banned. Would it be a permanent ban for that?

You need to contact support@chaturbate.com & apologise, as this is classed as breaking copyright. Hopefully an apology would be accepted & your account would be unbanned.
