A model claimed drinking alcohol was now allowed on chaturbate. Being skeptical, I went to the ToS to double check. The portion that says ‘Consumption of Alcohol is NOT PERMITTED” is no longer there? it still says cant be INTOXICATED. Has cb changed its policy? is alcohol now allowed?

The rules have changed for drinking alcohol while broadcasting.  While it is not advisable, chaturbate do see that some performers want to have a party atmosphere.

However, performers are not allowed to be intoxicated while broadcasting.
