Hi again, thanks for your response (2 posts down). I tried logging in to complete the verification but can no longer access the form. It just states ‘Account Banned. We have reason to believe that you may have violated our terms of service.’? I still have a second account which is still usable, do I need to delete this first? It had a link to the verification form previously. Thx.
