why would you be vague about the reason for locking a paying consumer out of their account due to a suspected violation of rules? How is one meant to contest this if you won’t say why they were banned? You may as well not bother saying “suspected” if you’re going to be like that. It’s bad business practice, though not surprising from a porn company. If your reasoning is “because we know for sure you have broken t&c” then that’s pure ignorance. Employees make mistakes.

The statement of ‘suspected violation’ is what Chaturbate state when there is an investigation after a report has been made or that the Admins have spotted a violation and escalated the account.

If you believe you have been banned unfairly you can email support@chaturbate.com asking why you were banned.  Depending of the violation the ban can be reversed with a warning that you do not violate the Terms of Service.  Please note that some violations are not always told to the account holder which is covered under Section 37 of the Terms & Conditions of the site which everyone agree’s to when they sign up.
