I was thinking about bringing my SO into my live cam streaming, but the idea is that he wouldn’t appear on the camera at all, only his voice could be heard while I’m preforming. Would that require him to fill out identity verification or perhaps not..?

This all depends on your account. If you are an age verified model (accepting tokens) then anyone that is with you has to be age verified too.
