If you mean how rooms are displayed in the browser sections, rooms are organised by how many registered users are in a room, but if a room has more token holders they are displayed higher than others.

For example:

Room A has 1000 users, 100 registered users & 50 token holders

Room B has 900 users, 90 registered users & 75 token holders

Room B appears higher than room A as theres more token holders than Room A.

There is no special treatment for certain models, everyone works by the same rules.  If you believe someone is breaking the ToS you can report them by using the ‘Report Abuse’ above the webcam feed or by emailing support@chaturbate.com and Support / Admin will investigate the matter.

You need to wait until the performer has disabled the room password they have enabled on their account.
