Streaming your webcam from a public place is NOT allowed.  Streaming from a private property where you have the permission is allowed within reason as long as you have asked and informed Chaturbate themselves.

Please take note that if you still wish to stream from a private property, there can be no chances of anyone seeing you ie: neighbours or the public walking / driving past.

(Some models can also make it seem they are streaming in a public place but it will be a studio or green screen)

No you can not get banned for emoticons that are posted by other users.

You can however report the emoticons (command) and user to support@chaturbate.com, specially if you have a screenshot.  This in turn alerts Chaturbate to the emoticon (for removal if needed) and the user using them (warning / ban if warranted).

Take a screenshot of the toy and when its being used, then send them to support@chaturbate.com asking if the toy is allowed to be used while on cam.

Once they reply to you with an answer you can give the details of the room if they answer no.

This way you are asking a question for them to answer rather than reporting straight away.
