Sorry but no it does not go over my head, there are plenty of usernames that could class as a break in the ToS.

There are also plenty of themed shows that appear to show for example:  Showing someone working in an office where they state other person does not know or Friends in a room that don’t know the cam is on.

What you’ve got to understand is, most are just that, a setup / theme.  Most of the time everyone that appears on cam are verified, if they weren’t verified they wouldn’t be allowed to be on cam.  There is also the chance that no one that is on cam is related in any way, this is when its classed as a theme show and stating ‘step’ brother or sister so does go close to breaking the ToS but doesn’t.

As you have stated it maybe ‘creepy’ to you and a lot of people, but not to others.
