Due to a follower of CBRules asking for a clarification on section 5.F of the Terms, an email was sent to Chaturbate asking for the clarification on this specific rule.

The answer is as follows:

Step Brother / Step Sister is allowed in real or theme rooms as they are not blood related.

Rooms that however insinuate that a blood relation (sister, brother, mother or father) is in the same room while the broadcaster is on cam in a position of sexual masturbation is NOT allowed.

Chat within a room talking in relation of ‘incest’ is NOT allowed.

Any user or broadcaster that in found to be in violation of the section 5.F rule can receive a warning (Chaturbate asks the broadcaster prevent in future broadcasts this type of show) or even bans the account if violation continues.
