Question:

When I try to broadcast, I keep getting a message that says I need to verify my age. This happened two days ago and support apologized and said that they fixed the error, but when I tried to broadcast again today, I was once again kicked off midstream and it said I needed to verify age. But my age verification has already been accepted and approved and I’m the only one who appears on my cam EVER so I don’t know what to do. I tried getting in contact with Shirley to no avail and I’ve emailed support again saying that I’m still having the issue. Now I’m freakign out because I don’t know what’s going on…Please help…

Unfortunately only Support or Admins can fix this issue. It maybe possible that Support will fix your issue already or on Monday.
