Wow and cb allowed several of them back and they are still playing the same videos (name) is one check it itself he has about 3 or 4 videos and cuts to different one when tipped but the edit for the loop is obvious

It is possible that they contacted Chaturbate and apologised to them stating it would not happen again. You would need to contact Support and point out to them it is still happening. Chaturbate would then investigate the account and if proven the account would be banned again but for a longer period if not terminated.
