(Account give) is dumping tokens to the (account given) recording account. Same activity as seen with previous ones.

Could it be that is ALSO a recording?

As we have already stated, if you believe that a stream is a recording, tip 1 token to either say something or do something one cam. This way it will show you if the stream is recorded or not, then you can proceed to either report or move to another room.
