I have been with this site for over 10 years, i just got off suspension for showing a foot in the back ground that was not verified, and now i log on and it says account banned with reason to believe i violated terms of service. i cammed just fine last night and have no idea whats going on, i have emailed them and sent in a form to un banned my account, what else can i do?

My account was suspended because my friend who also a model in chaturbate appaired on my cam. And we send some identification of my friend to the chaturbatesupport to make my account able to broadcast again but there reply is that the identification i send to them who also a model in chaturbate is not allowed to have another account to access and can only have one account only.. what should i do to make my account active and able to broadcast again.

If Chaturbate has banned one account due to someone appearing on the cam that’s not verified on the 2nd account, you will have to wait for Chaturbate to reply regarding this issue.

Anyone that appears on a cam that includes just body parts ie arms, legs, hands etc has to be verified on the account they’re showing on.

If Chaturbate either see’s someone else or if someone reports that another person has appeared on cam where there are only 1 person that’s verified on the account, this will be why the account will have been banned / suspended. Chaturbate has to go by the law that anyone appearing on cam has to be of age 18+. They cannot take the risk of having someone that’s under the age of 18 due to California law.

Unfortunately you have to wait for Chaturbate to reply to your email (please only send one email as sending more emails will only cause more issues than it solves).

You are allowed to have a ‘guest’ on your account but they have to submit the same information as if they were getting verified on an account.
