my account and all my ID personal is banned by a mistake from my old studio for changing my passport with expire date because i am venezuelan and in those times i not had idea what they was doing with my passport

Unfortunately in these kind of situations you would need to email support & explain your situation to them as you were working for a studio. It would be the studio at fault IF they have been modifying official documents on photos etc to help qualify your account.
