I created an account over ten years ago, used it once and never again. I do not recall the user name or if an email was attached.

I want to know if after ten plus years on inactivity if the account would be disabled for inactivity and then removed? I tried contacting support but have not received any info.

You will have to wait for Support to get in touch which can take anywhere between 24 hours to 1 week depending how busy they are. If you haven’t received an email back by 1 week we suggest replying to the automated reply you will have received.

You can see if there is an email attached to a username by clicking on the ‘forgotten password’ & entering in an email.
