28 year-old here; I made an account on Chaturbate, and I went to verify my age, my account was banned in the process, and confused as to why. Hopefully, nothing wrong occured. I have yet to receive a response, besides one that is automated. Has anyone had a similar issue, and/or does anyone know if the support team will get to it? I’ve seen a handful of reports on this, but also concerned with anything that can be inaccurate, leading to the ban.

Unfortunately there are a number of reasons why Chaturbate ban accounts when they’re processing the verifications. You will need to wait for support to reply to you regarding the ban & your verification process.

We have heard and seen users & broadcasters being banned when they’re sent their ID’s to get verified. This has come from the broadcaster coming from a certain country that Chaturbate have issues with. They’ve also banned users when the verification process has been sent & Chaturbate have looked into the account & noticed flags against the account. But also when they’ve also noticed issues it’s the photographs & the ID’s.

If you don’t receive a reply within a week, you would need to reply to the automated message you will have received from Chaturbate.
