I got this automated email after I got banned from the site:
“The documentation received indicated you may have created your account in serious violation of the Chaturbate Terms. Specifically, you accessed the Chaturbate platform prior to turning 18. For this reason, your account was terminated.

I am highly concerned and worried sick right no

Unfortunately you will need to contact support to find out if the account has been terminated or not.

If you have submitted your ID for verification & it clearly states when you were born, Chaturbate will compare this to when the account was made. IF the account was made BEFORE you turned 18 Chaturbate will take this as a violation of the terms as no one under the age of 18 is allowed onto the site.

If this is the case the account will have been terminated which is different to a ban. A ban can be brought back, a termination cannot. This is why Chaturbate states ‘serious violation’.
