hello. my account was banned and they ignore me on email…
how often they reply? should i type them new email every day? cause its Unbearable to sit and wait for days ((((

If the account is just banned and NOT terminated, you’ll be in the queue for a reply. It can take anywhere between 24 hours and 1 weeks depending how busy they are.

If the ban has happened during the weekend it may take a little longer.

DO NOT EMAIL everyday as this will just push your enquiry down the list.

ONLY reply to the automated email reply you will have received IF you have new information that MAY life the ban. If you don’t receive a reply within a week ONLY THEN reply to the email asking for an update.
