I got banned on CB, but I do not know for what, I was workin the day before, and the next day when I try to log on, it says I’m banned, and that cb suspect me of breaching the TOS, but I am fairly certain that I didnt do anything? It’s been 14 days and I’m not getting any replies from customer service or support, what can I do to get back to work on cb?

As you haven’t received a reply with 1 week, we would suggest replying to the automated reply you will have received from your first email you sent. Just asking could they please reply as you have been waiting for an answer for 14 days.

Just make sure that you don’t send them a brand new email regarding the subject as this will just open a new ticket and could push your enquiry further down.

Please note that a ban of an account can either be through something you or someone else who was on your stream has done on cam or something you have been talking about via public chat or through DM / PM either in your room or in someone else’s room.
