I was banned a couple days ago in the middle of a stream and I sent an appeal. Chattur bate support still has not gotten back to me about what I did to get banned or what I can do to fix it to stream again. I was wondering how long a response usually takes and if I’m not able to recover my account will the tokens I cashed out before my ban still get sent to me? I cashed out around 62000 tokens. And what about the tokens I have not cashed out since I was banned? Which was around 14000 tokens. I would really like to get a reply back from support so I can understand what I did wrong and fix it so I can continue to stream! Thank you!
It can take up to a week before support can reply due to the amount of messages they receive.
We cannot state if you will receive the tokens or not depending on why your account was banned. But some have been paid, but others haven’t due to the type of ban they received.
Unfortunately you will have to be patient for support to reply. If you haven’t received a reply after a week, you could reply to the automated reply you should have received. If there’s been no automated reply, wait until a week has passed & ONLY then go to the support section of the site where they have a form that you have to fill out & submit the request for support there. Once you’ve submitted your request for support, wait at least a week for them to reply.
