my account was banned, i have no idea why it was banned and support reached back out saying there was nothing they could do. i made over $1000 and won’t receive my money since my account is banned. was wondering if i could simply try to make a new one? or since i was banned will they not let me?

Unfortunately a new account will normally be banned too as you will be trying to circumvent the ban you have received.
