hello my account was banned , i was send email to support . till now they not yet answer me . i don t know why i m banned .

You can be banned for a number of reasons, if you haven’t already we would suggest reading the terms & conditions which includes rules that you need to follow while using the site.

If you haven’t broken a rule for something you have done while on the live show (public or private show), then it’s possible it’s regarding a conversation you’ve had with someone either in public chat or private message.

Otherwise you can be banned due to the area that you come from.

We can only suggest waiting at least a week for. Reply from support & if you still receive no reply, only then send a reply to the message you received from the automated message from the initial message you sent. Please do NOT send a brand new message as this will just create a new ticket number & can push your issue down the line.
