So so if your account is banned, how do you go about getting a refund? I try to call the customer service number but the phone just wrong for about 30 minutes and I couldn’t wait any longer. 

Perfectly fine with being banned, I just would like a refund for all the tokens that I have added to that profile, and it was just sitting in there in limbo

You could either fill out the support form which is available on the support site or you could contact your bank.

Please note that if you purchased the tokens a while ago the bank may not refund the money.

Also note that as you purchased the tokens, it’ll be classed as a digital service which you received. It was up to you to spend that digital service which you forfeit due to being banned. You could however try & find out why you were banned & if possible have the ban revoked (unless it’s a termination which Chaturbate will not reverse a termination).

It is up to Chaturbate to decide if they will refund you or not as you are the one that broke the terms after you purchased & received the goods.
