If you’ve sent a direct email you will need to wait for support to reply, sending multiple emails will just push your enquiry to the back as it swamps the support system.

Chaturbate are asking users / streamers to fill out the form for support over an issue so they can quickly solve issues.

But if you’ve already emailed them, please give them at least a 3 – 4 days to reply, sending more emails will just delay their response.
