(Model name) still not banned ! No excuses I don’t care if its weekend I don’t care if they have 5000 models online !! Cb needs to hire some people to answer support emails or get a better system. One room with a cb support person running as a online member support service would save them so much trouble!

On checking the account, Chaturbate has banned the account. Please remember weekends are normally slow for Support. You may not accept it as an excuse, but it is a fact that Chaturbate Support are slower on the weekends starting from Friday till Monday morning (PST).

Duplicates and their banning

I take issue with your statement that banned broadcasters or users are likely to be banned again if they return with a new ID or IP. In my experience, this is not the general case. I see many instances where banned broadcasters are allowed to continue with new IDs, and I doubt whether the majority of broadcasters are using VPNs to disguise their IP.

On a related issue, I have also seen it reported that CB does not allow ‘duplicates’, i.e. the same cam feed with more than one active online CB ID. However, I can’t actually find anything in the Rules that disallow such simulcast duplicates, and CB will be aware that many broadcasters are split-camming anyway (i.e. on more than one cam site), so CB is powerless to enforce any kind of exclusivity. It is possible CB would prefer not to see CB duplicates, but is deliberately ignoring them or is not aware how many duplicates exist. If CB started banning simulcast duplicates, the number of permanent bans would rocket above their current rate – about 600 to 700 permanent bans per annum I would estimate, and that figure is probably on the low side).

I don’t have a problem with CB duplicates, btw – I can see there is a balance of advantage and disadvantage for the broadcaster.

No we are stating that after a ban / permanent ban is placed on an old account, the new account if there is no change of ID or IP are normally banned.

IF a user is using multiple ID’s and also changing their IP then Chaturbate will normally allow them on as there is no link to the old account that has been banned. Only if Chaturbate spots or a viewer spots that they are the same person do the new account receive a ban also.

Chaturbate has stated in the past that a model is not allowed to broadcast on multiple accounts at the same time, unless the viewing angle is changed between accounts can this (maybe) allowed. Some models do broadcast from multiple accounts either on their own (different webcam / viewing angle) or with other models.

Chaturbate have also stated that when multi-broadcasting you are not allowed to state where you are broadcasting ie to another site, which you can understand due to another site being the competition.

Hope this clarifies the situation.

More fake accounts ( information provided )

Chaturbate do investigate them and where appropriate they do ban them. To keep Chaturbate in the loop on the same loop video or drug taking as you have provided, it is best to keep to one thread support ticket. This way Chaturbate can keep a record of the linked accounts.

Example:

Provided url to the Chaturbate account playing a loop.

Chaturbate then replies with an auto ticket, after which you receive a reply from them thanking you for the information.

If you then spot another one, you reply to their message with another Chaturbate url.

Chaturbate again thank you for the information.

Etc etc etc.

Doing it this way keeps not only you but also Chaturbate on track without having multiple support tickets.

Another account same loop

The information has been sent to Chaturbate due to the number of banned accounts they have already received. The tokens from users that have been tipped will either be refunded if the user/s request them, or they will be frozen by Chaturbate (Just like banks when they freeze assets).

no surprise that its the same room that was doing a loop video over christmas . So why was it never perm banned to begin with!

Now I have a suggestion, on the South American region cams there could be warning that drug taking on cam is not tolerated and that users must FLAG any suspicious drug activity

Chaturbate does have a zero tolerance to drug use, anyone using drugs on cam will and do get banned.

If a model comes back on Chaturbate with a new username, the only way they can do this is with a new ID and / or IP. This can sometimes get around Chaturbate ban system as normally any new account linked to an IP that is banned will get banned too. It’s the same with user ID’s, if Chaturbate has banned an account the ID is flagged on the system.

(Username given) Right now a loop and swapping token back and forward with (username given). Some studio fraud going on by the look if things.

We have looked at the rooms and while we agree there maybe a chance of a recorded loop, the accounts do not show as belonging to a studio.

It is possible for a couple of broadcasters to exchange tokens between each other, most of the time this is to try and generate other viewers to start to tip.

I wrote to you a while ago about a great deal of frustration in the way Cb were poorly dealing with loop videos and the drug taking scammers in the trans page.

Here is update the SAME video playing out at Christmas is STILL playing out, sure its under a different name but its clear they dont actively monitor model rooms.. how can they not notice. ! and yes its been flagged screenshot etc the issue is how do they allow it BACK to begin with its clear they not active enough in checking WHO is on each cam.

But i expect the desire to close these rooms is small as for some odd reason people are tipping the loops, in all of these loop rooms they are advertising Cocaine or doing drugs in their tips menus that even more mind boggling that CB does nothing about. Honestly if the Billing companys that CB use know how rampant the drug taking was in some rooms they would remove their services. In fact perhaps i should just forward the screencaps to them directly and cut CB right out it

CB has issues they are not dealing with..in this day and age of work from home there no excuse they could easily get a dozen people monitoring rooms around the clock.

Unfortunately as you did not give any usernames we can not check on the information that you have stated, we also can not pass this information onto Chaturbate directly for them to check into the situation

If you look at how many webcams are online at any one time, you will see that Chaturbate has over 6000 – 8000 cam feeds. For just one person to check through them would take too long (we left your comment out for this part due to the amount you wrote). It maybe due to this reason Chaturbate goes by either screenshots of live feeds and / or viewer reports.

When a viewer makes a report regarding a room, that broadcast is flagged to Chaturbate so they can look into the matter. Some reports automatically flag a stream and that stream is normally closed down for the broadcaster to read and reply to. Some are closed down to due the seriousness of the situation and Chaturbate in these cases only investigate them if a broadcaster has emailed them.

We have noticed that one of the usernames you gave previously has closed their page to only password request. So more than likely it maybe that the person/s that are using these accounts will be as you stated ‘playing a recording to receive money under false pretences’ therefore not only cheating the viewer out of their tokens / money but also cheating Chaturbate.

This is only an IF situation and we can’t give a confirmed yes or no. In these cases only Chaturbate Tech support will know if all these accounts will be linked due to ID’s and IP addresses.

Question: Is there a limit on PAID Private Messages?

There is a character limit on ALL messages, where it be a public message or private message.

Public messages when we worked it out was a limit of 1024, so more than likely the same for private messages paid or unpaid.

Last year we had an idea for a project after stumbling across what is called a 3D printed scrolling clock. This clock informs you not only the time & date, but also other information like weather etc, so we thought could we modify it to work with Chaturbate.

We’re glad to say it now does, after some long and hard work, we have finally been able to get it working virtually perfect with Chaturbate. Please bare in mind the first version is for models / verified broadcasters.

The clock once set up will inform you of how many followers you have, how many tokens you have in your account and also convert them to dollars without having to manually log into Chaturbate and calculate it.

The ‘code’ is programmed for the Arduino D1 Mini (ESP8266) and displays on 2 or more Max7219 matrix displays. It is free code and the parts you need to purchase are: D1 Mini and (for best results) 2 x max7219 displays, if you wish you can either 3D print a case or have a company print it for you.
