An email had been sent before this broadcast as the account was still active, from what we are told they are investigating the matter.

It is possible that they were warned regarding playing a recorded video as was pointed out to Chaturbate from the weekends broadcast.

The drugs matter is a different issue, so we are unable to comment on that front.

The colombian studio just make many multiple accounts and reuse them with loops and unregistered models.

No point in reporting models or rooms or scams! until CB fix their flawed procedures.

Looking at the history of this account there was another model which makes us suspect that they were the previous owners of the account and the latest streams were from the looped video. This is making us more and more suspect they are actually hacking into accounts to gather tokens.

We have passed this information onto Chaturbate Support & Admin for them to look more closely into the account/s.

As we keep stating to you, you either need to report this directly to Chaturbate WITH screenshots (we can’t stress enough the issue of submitting with screenshots), otherwise move to another room.

Just emailing us with complaints regarding these situations will not resolve the issues. We also understand how frustrating it can be when it appears nothing is being done by Chaturbate, but there is always more happening behind the scenes than what you actually know.

Chaturbate do have a lot of the chat for each room they can check on, but it’s always best practice to include screenshots of either / both the webcam feed & chat. This way Chaturbate can confirm if what was reported was true and to enforce a rule on the account that was reported.

Unfortunately as there are no screenshots we can not forward this info on due to no evidence.

Please remember you can submit a report regarding situations like this to Support, but make sure you include screenshots. Also a ‘white patty’ could mean anything, it’s best to clarify what they mean. This way not only are you getting the evidence for Chaturbate, but also covering yourself for any misunderstandings.

It may be clear what they mean but it’s always a good idea to confirm it.

Once again we can only assume that the person is either using multiple ID’s or that someone at Chaturbate is allowing them back on.

The details have been passed on to Support.

As we have stated if you make a report regarding the same person but they are using a new account, just reply to the same ticket / thread you have previously opened up with Chaturbate Support, it makes it easier for them to track the accounts that are linked.

It is possible that the person you are stating is a video may not be a looped video, but they are actively using drugs as we have seen before. Some models may appear to be a looped video everyday as they don’t change their outfit or webcam view etc, but are actually a live stream.

(Model name) still not banned ! No excuses I don’t care if its weekend I don’t care if they have 5000 models online !! Cb needs to hire some people to answer support emails or get a better system. One room with a cb support person running as a online member support service would save them so much trouble!

On checking the account, Chaturbate has banned the account. Please remember weekends are normally slow for Support. You may not accept it as an excuse, but it is a fact that Chaturbate Support are slower on the weekends starting from Friday till Monday morning (PST).

Duplicates and their banning

I take issue with your statement that banned broadcasters or users are likely to be banned again if they return with a new ID or IP. In my experience, this is not the general case. I see many instances where banned broadcasters are allowed to continue with new IDs, and I doubt whether the majority of broadcasters are using VPNs to disguise their IP.

On a related issue, I have also seen it reported that CB does not allow ‘duplicates’, i.e. the same cam feed with more than one active online CB ID. However, I can’t actually find anything in the Rules that disallow such simulcast duplicates, and CB will be aware that many broadcasters are split-camming anyway (i.e. on more than one cam site), so CB is powerless to enforce any kind of exclusivity. It is possible CB would prefer not to see CB duplicates, but is deliberately ignoring them or is not aware how many duplicates exist. If CB started banning simulcast duplicates, the number of permanent bans would rocket above their current rate – about 600 to 700 permanent bans per annum I would estimate, and that figure is probably on the low side).

I don’t have a problem with CB duplicates, btw – I can see there is a balance of advantage and disadvantage for the broadcaster.

No we are stating that after a ban / permanent ban is placed on an old account, the new account if there is no change of ID or IP are normally banned.

IF a user is using multiple ID’s and also changing their IP then Chaturbate will normally allow them on as there is no link to the old account that has been banned. Only if Chaturbate spots or a viewer spots that they are the same person do the new account receive a ban also.

Chaturbate has stated in the past that a model is not allowed to broadcast on multiple accounts at the same time, unless the viewing angle is changed between accounts can this (maybe) allowed. Some models do broadcast from multiple accounts either on their own (different webcam / viewing angle) or with other models.

Chaturbate have also stated that when multi-broadcasting you are not allowed to state where you are broadcasting ie to another site, which you can understand due to another site being the competition.
