Banned from a room without any reason. Had a normal nice conversations! Some days later i made a new Account with completely other Name and the user of the room banned me without knowing i have a new account… Now three times in a row and i give up BUT

You have two scenarios for getting banned by the model in this situation.
1: The model was informed about you from someone else that may know your username. So after you’ve left the room, they have banned your username / IP.
2: You’ve made a username that’s similar to someone they’ve had trouble with & they’ve mistakenly thought was coming back into their room. If this is the case they would have banned you on the assumption that you were this person.
It’s highly likely first option we would go for. As soon as a model bans you from their room, they have the option to ban future usernames you may make due to your IP or anything that has been linked to your original account.
Please i got banned for streaming outside i apologized will i get unbanned? didn’t get naked or said anything i literally didn’t knew. Nobody showed up and i was in my neighborhood iand it was only for like 10 minutes
You need to fill out the form on Chaturbate’s Support section requesting help over your banned account.
Outside broadcasts have got to be cleared by Chaturbate BEFORE you decide to do the outside broadcast, as Chaturbate have got to confirm no one can see into your property & no one will be on camera that is not verified. If you do go on someone else’s property without permission you are risking being reported & banned, which seems to have happened in this situation.
You now have to ask for help over your account to get unbanned, but only if Chaturbate allows you to come back.
So so if your account is banned, how do you go about getting a refund? I try to call the customer service number but the phone just wrong for about 30 minutes and I couldn’t wait any longer.
Perfectly fine with being banned, I just would like a refund for all the tokens that I have added to that profile, and it was just sitting in there in limbo
You could either fill out the support form which is available on the support site or you could contact your bank.
Please note that if you purchased the tokens a while ago the bank may not refund the money.
Also note that as you purchased the tokens, it’ll be classed as a digital service which you received. It was up to you to spend that digital service which you forfeit due to being banned. You could however try & find out why you were banned & if possible have the ban revoked (unless it’s a termination which Chaturbate will not reverse a termination).
It is up to Chaturbate to decide if they will refund you or not as you are the one that broke the terms after you purchased & received the goods.
I just got suspended on my account I think it’s because I was doing a show with my partner but he is registered and I submitted his name and id in my account so I’m confused why I got suspended
If your partners ID was registered & submitted, but wasn’t verified when you started streaming. It’s possible that there was an issue with the ID or documents that were submitted.
If your partner was verified before you started to stream, it’s likely it’s another issue that was the cause of your suspension.
You will need to fill out the support form & wait for Chaturbate to reply to you as the cause.

Unfortunately you will need to wait for Support to reply as they’re the only ones that can fix your account issue.
Depending on why your account is banned, you will need to fill out the form to contact Chaturbate Support.
IF however your account has been terminated, Chaturbate Support more than likely won’t unban the account, as they class terminated accounts as removed accounts so they will just send one message to state account is terminated & stop replying.
If a model kicks/bans someone how long does it last and does that mean the kick/ban is permanent
Yes, if a model / streamer kicks you it all depends what they have their settings as. But it can be permanent unless the model / streamer goes into their ban list & removes the username.
Can I delete my account? The bottom line is that I was working in a studio and decided to work at home. The studio refuses to give me the account that is registered with my passport data. Can I write to you asking you to delete the previous account and create a new one? I can provide verification and confirmation of the data without any problems.
We are not Chaturbate & only provide advice. As you stated you were working for a studio, they will have access to that account you were working on so they are the only ones that can request for support for that account.
You may however be able to make a new account with your own details to be able to work at home. But please message Chaturbate to find out if you can before you make an account.
