There is no rule against having multiple accounts with the same ID (Verified).

Questions on creating a profile..
I have created several profiles for some models, simple ones with no overlaying elements and some with overlay’s like buttons or banner ( WA, SnapCat ) etc..

Now model (x) got a warning from CB, some overlay is obfuscating some site navigation.. ( a banner at the top of the page )

How to properly check this bc anyone can have a different
screen resolution..

What is or can be the penalty if the overlay is not taken off in time.. ( model (x) is not responding or on vacation?

How to explain this to CB support.. ?

Chaturbate has rules regarding profiles where certain ‘overlays’ are not allowed to block the normal site navigation. If a model does not change the overlay they have that Chaturbate has sent a warning for and ignores the warning, they may receive a ban until the overlay has been changed of removed.

The only way you can explain to Chaturbate regarding a models overlay or anything regarding the models account is IF you are representing them. This means if the model is under a studio account and you are the owner of that account. If you are not a studio then Chaturbate are not allowed to discuss matters of a models account with anyone else (normal user or other model).

The scammers are still running accounts playing video loops heres one……reported to cb with screencaps.. NOTHING done!! support is really asleep.

Please remember that Support receive 1000’s of emails per day and conduct investigations on a daily basis. You’ve got to give them time to investigate your report.

It is possible that they contacted Chaturbate and apologised to them stating it would not happen again. You would need to contact Support and point out to them it is still happening. Chaturbate would then investigate the account and if proven the account would be banned again but for a longer period if not terminated.

Question:

A followup on the selfsuckers faking their shows after noticing they were STILL active in the site. I did some short work and identified 3 accounts running videos across multiple sites. Yeah all were VIDEO loops. CB finally acted on the provided info and screenshots and the 3 accounts are now banned.

While going scrolling through the mobile version on my phone, without realizing, I accidentally tapped the unfollow button of someone and didn’t realize until I refreshed the page and saw my total following number had dropped. Is there a way to see who that person was?

The only way would be to check your browser history or if you have sent tokens to them to check your token stats.

It can take up to 72 hours for Support to investigate and answer reports regarding models, this can extend further during weekends.

Unfortunately only Chaturbate can remove a ban, you need to email support@chaturbate.com and explain your situation. Depending on the violation regarding your 2nd email, Chaturbate may lift the ban, but if it is a serious violation the ban may have turned into a account terminated and unfortunately Chaturbate will not allow these accounts or users back onto the site and any new accounts will be linked and terminated too.
