Please remember that Support receive 1000’s of emails per day and conduct investigations on a daily basis. You’ve got to give them time to investigate your report.

It is possible that they contacted Chaturbate and apologised to them stating it would not happen again. You would need to contact Support and point out to them it is still happening. Chaturbate would then investigate the account and if proven the account would be banned again but for a longer period if not terminated.

Question:

A followup on the selfsuckers faking their shows after noticing they were STILL active in the site. I did some short work and identified 3 accounts running videos across multiple sites. Yeah all were VIDEO loops. CB finally acted on the provided info and screenshots and the 3 accounts are now banned.

While going scrolling through the mobile version on my phone, without realizing, I accidentally tapped the unfollow button of someone and didn’t realize until I refreshed the page and saw my total following number had dropped. Is there a way to see who that person was?

The only way would be to check your browser history or if you have sent tokens to them to check your token stats.

Unfortunately only Chaturbate can remove a ban, you need to email support@chaturbate.com and explain your situation. Depending on the violation regarding your 2nd email, Chaturbate may lift the ban, but if it is a serious violation the ban may have turned into a account terminated and unfortunately Chaturbate will not allow these accounts or users back onto the site and any new accounts will be linked and terminated too.

So anyone being harassed or scrutinized in any way, respond by asking what about (name) & her self-promotion in the rooms of other models. Along with exploiting these models for her own material & pathetic emotional gain.

Unfortunately as there is no rule regarding room raids unless the model or their fans openly advertise to go to another room there’s not much that can be done except on the other models side by blocking either or both the model or/and verified users.

Question: I saw one of those scammer mentioned by the other poster
a screenshot here, yeah what a fake they clearly use a fake penis to scam members in their show. Since their show revolves around being able to suck themselves

If a broadcaster is stating certain aspects of their show and it is found to be false, a user can report them to support@chaturbate.com – Chaturbate takes reports seriously specially when a broadcaster is cheating users out of their tokens. A user can also state if they wish to have a refund if they feel cheated. Broadcasters are given warnings and if these warnings are ignored, the account is then banned. Studios can also receive warnings / bans if a number of broadcasters they are hosting are breaking the rules.

I thoguht last night my debit had enough money to buy tokens but after seeing itr was declined i had to put money on debit card today. And i still get declined on chaturbate to buy tokens. That is the only card i am able to have.

You need to email support@chaturbate.com as they are the only ones that can fix this issue. It is possible that when you tried to purchase tokens it was declined due to inefficient funds, then Chaturbate may of blocked the card.
