A model is allowed to run their room as long as it’s within the ToS of Chaturbate. If you don’t agree with how the model is running their room then you don’t visit their room.

Quite a few that seem to make reports regarding Chaturbate models but forget to include important details regarding their reports.

When making a report, it is very important to include screenshots of the violations, without these it’s hard for Chaturbate to enforce the rules that have been broken.

So please take that in mind when and if you make a report.

If you mean when a model bans you from their room, this depends on the model.

You can be unbanned by the model if they wish to do so, otherwise its normally 72 hours unless the model has placed you on the permanent ban list.

Violation of CB rules yesterday by the producer (username given) of a dangerous show (DESCRIPTION OF SHOW REMOVED DUE TO THE CONTENT). He did not appear well after this SM performance and I was disgusted. I had mixed feelings when the age of a broadcaster started to be withheld – yes, it was subject to being faked, but no more so than many other attributes in the bio (location, etc). But I’m now confused – age seems to be returning on listings, even for new broadcasters, so does that mean that the cams-by-age categories will now not disappear?

Ages on new profiles are only published when the user has entered them into the Bio settings otherwise it stays blank. The cams by age will still be showing at the bottom of the site.

How do I go by getting a refund?

Now this kind of question can be very difficult to answer.

If you’re asking for a refund because you tipped a model this can depend on a number of factors. But if you tipped a model for a certain request (from a tip menu) and the model declined to do the act from the menu, then MAYBE you can get a refund.

If it’s a refund as you bought tokens in error then you would need to contact support@chaturbate.com

If you are asking for a refund due to a private show you paid for and you got kicked from a private show, then again you would need to get in touch with support with the time and which room it happened in. Please remember Support will check the details to confirm this.

If none of the above happened and you just want a refund because you didn’t like the response from the model you received, then I’m afraid you may possibly not receive a refund, remember tipping tokens is classed as a gift and they always come with some risk.

Tipping is classed as donating, so if you’re willing to tip (donate) to a model then do it, otherwise keep hold of your tokens until you find someone you are willing to do this for.
