Chaturbate have confirmed the size limits of toys that maybe used on cam and within recorded videos to be sold on the site within profiles or galleries. Any content (photos or videos) that is listed within the profile still falls under this rule.

On checking the profile, its ‘step brother and sister’ which is not against the Terms (not blood related).  This is what they call a loop hole within the terms of Chaturbate.

Agreed in part.  If you’re not enjoying a models room with what is happening, it is recommended to leave the room and find another one that you may enjoy.

On the other hand, some users / models are not happy when both users & models go against the Terms & Conditions so believe its right to report them.

This can range from a fake tip to abuse in chat & from a model targeting another models audience (stealing tippers) to models using equipment that isn’t allowed.

These are the reasons why Chaturbate have Terms that all users / models need to abide by or extra rules that are set out in the Support section.  If a user / model breaks any of these they have no one to blame but themselves.  If they are going to state that other users / models are doing the same but nothing happens to them, it’ll be normally the following reasons:

1, Chaturbate have not been notified of the infraction.

2, Chaturbate are in process of dealing with the infraction.

3, Chaturbate have issued a warning, but user / model has ignored the warning.

Information has been passed onto Chaturbate. It’s possible that the content in question was confirmed BEFORE the fisting rule was brought in and Chaturbate haven’t been informed that the model in question was still able to sell it.

Chaturbate are supposed to have a team that check content that is submitted for sale in galleries, but some content may slip through due to how the model names the content.

If a model / broadcaster does not have an item on their ‘Tip menu’ you are allowed to ask and it is up to the model / broadcaster if they wish to answer the question.  There is nothing in the Terms that disallows them from doing this.  So to answer your question, no you won’t receive a lifetime ban for this.

Favouritism shown to certain models over rule breaking. so. Just seen <model name given> being fisted by another girl while she recorded the act on can . Then proceeding to sell said video on the site via tip and file sent to users email. Complaint sent via report abuse and email page. I’m sure you know the result… Nothing!!

Chaturbate Support can take anything from 24 – 72 hours to reply to emails, plus with it being the weekend and the Exxotica happening this weekend Support will be slower than normal.

If you have sent all the proof including screenshots they will investigate and issue a warning to the model in question.
