How many accounts are you allowed to have and how many can you broadcast on at the same time?
Chaturbate recommend only having 1 account, but you are allowed to have 2 accounts broadcasting at the same time as long as they have different views.
Please take note that if you broadcast the same view (using 1 webcam on two accounts) you may receive a warning as this is not allowed.
“Chaturbate rely on reports by their users when a broadcaster has broken their TOS. ” this is ridiculous they need to HIRE people to monitor the rooms. A great deal of trouble is caused by trolls and other nasty people, by false reports using the report abuse button. You have to read the forums to see how many people have randomly had their accounts banned then fiven back with no reasoning given
Chaturbate do monitor some rooms even when they’re not listed on the homepage, but when a report/s have been made support will look into the report and take action.
Depending on the seriousness of the situation some broadcasters will be taken offline due to the TOS which is set out for all to see. If a false report has been made the user will also receive a strike against their account.
All reports and violations have and will always be investigated. Just some broadcasters or even users won’t admit when they have violated the TOS even when there is proof of the violation.
But there are times when mistakes have happened after a ban or warning has been issued and Support do apologise.
Regarding the forums, Chaturbate do monitor the forums and sites, but take note that Support do not have to give any reason why an account has been restored which is also stated in the TOS. But a broadcaster or user can email support if they wish to discuss the situation.

How does chaturbate ensures that broadcasters don’t abuse Hidden Shows (CrazyTicket, Privates, PasswordShows) to show forbidden practices (pee,poo, breath control, fisting – basically everything listed in section 5 of the TOS), especially when they have already been warned. As long as a show is public, the community can help cb and report abuse. I doubt that a buyer of such show will report something, especially when the forbidden practice is exactly what he wanted to see.
Chaturbate rely on reports by their users when a broadcaster has broken their TOS. If a broadcaster has been found to be breaking the TOS, they will receive an official warning or ban. Chaturbate does not want to be seen endorsing certain acts even behind hidden shows / password / private shows.
If you suspect a broadcaster is violating the TOS, Chaturbate ask to either use the report abuse or email support@chaturbate.com and they will look into the situation. Please take note that screenshots of the suspected violations does help.

Royalty Free Music in Videos
Support have now stated that if a broadcaster wishes to upload a video to their gallery that contains music, they need to send proof that they have the permission from the producer of the music they wish to use.
Only then will Support allow the video, otherwise they will mute videos as is their standard policy to remove the possibility that the music may be unlicensed.

Are cammers required to masturbate/perform cum shows or can they perform other types of erotic shows?
No performer is required to masturbate unless they want to. Other kind of erotic shows are allowed, within the terms of the site.

The terms and conditions list “pain” as an unsafe activity, what is considered a painful activity? If a person were to broadcast themselves being spanked via either hand or paddle would this be considered pain?
Spanking with hand or paddle is allowed as long the skin doesn’t break and show blood.

Where a broadcaster has received a ban, but their thumbnail (e.g. in a followed listing) is still showing an updating image, does this mean the ban is a temporary one?
This is more than likely a bug within the site. To remove a ban, the broadcasters will need to email support@chaturbate.com

If royalty free music is used in a video to be uploaded on one’s CB bio, will it be allowed through? or does all music just automatically result in the video being muted? Does CB have a method to check? Thanks
An email has been sent to Support to find out the answer to this, though its likely that support will mute the video.

Our standard policy is to not allow background music in uploaded videos
to remove the possibility that the music may be unlicensed. With that
said, we may be able to waive this restriction if the broadcaster is
able to provide proof (to support@chaturbate.com before uploading the
video) that they have permission to use the background music that is in
the video.

Is it against site rules to be talking on the phone while on cam? Or, while broadcasting a live radio show? Or, broadcasting a live radio show, giving out your phone number on screen and encouraging viewers to call in, and talking to viewers on the phone while broadcasting a live radio while on screen?
Talking on the phone is not against the ToS, but it is advised to mute the microphone when talking.
That being said, if you are rebroadcasting a radio or Television program this ‘could’ fall under the copyright section of the ToS, therefore breaking the ToS.
BUT if your question is regarding someone hosting a ‘talk show’ on Chaturbate and asking their viewers to phone into the ‘show’ this a grey area. Chaturbate do state that anyone that appears on cam ‘body or voice’ have got to be verified on that account.. but the grey area is they class this as the other person to be in the same room as the person on cam.
