Chaturbate have asked to pass this message onto their performers regarding the payment issues that most have experienced.
We at Chaturbate appreciate the frustration that some of our broadcasters who used FirstChoicePay as their preferred payout methods are going through. Ever since the FirstChoicePay debacle, we have been working around the clock to provide broadcasters who formerly utilized FirstChoicePay with an acceptable alternative payment mechanism. Although we are very pleased that new alternative payment methods that we have initiated are now up and running, we are still experiencing some delays during the transition process.
Regarding wire payment delays, we have been assured that the minority of wire payments that failed should be cleared up in the next several days. Please feel free to contact us at support@chaturbate.com if you require any further clarification.
They do get informed when they are on the site via a ‘popup’ message that they are suspected of break the Terms. The bans can range from a few days to a week to longer. It all depends on what violation that have broken.
Not sure, quite a few users have said that they’ve tried a pre-pay card and it won’t work. More than likely you would need bank account that comes with a credit / debit card to use for purchasing tokens & joining a fan club.
This means theres an issue between your account / computer and Chaturbate. If you’ve already checked with using another browser then the next step would be to contact support@chaturbate.com
Fisting toys are against the Terms of Chaturbate and therefore NOT allowed.
There are no exceptions to this rule. If a model is found to be using one while on cam, you can send an email to support@chaturbate.com to inform them of this, screenshots can help in these situations.
