When a model goes offline the webcam will normally state ‘Offline’. But if theres an issue the webcam feed may freeze, which is why some users will refresh their page to see if that is the issue.
The best way to see if there is an issue is it open up a completely different browser and check the models room that way. This way you won’t be leaving the models room.

If you’re banned from a room you’ll receive the following:
Please take note that using a ‘Fisting toy’ is against the rules & Terms that everyone signs up to when joining the site.
Fisting toy is classed as an imitation hand that represents a hand either in a clasped hand (fist) or just a hand.
If a model is found to be using one by either Support / Admins or they are reported, models will receive a site warning.
If a model ignores the site warning & continue to use the toys while on cam or within a video that is uploaded to the site, you are risking your account from being banned.
Eye masks are allowed to be worn while on cam yes.
Its best to have 5 minutes at the start of a broadcast without a mask, then every 10 – 15 minutes throughout the broadcast. This is just to confirm that you are the person that is verified on the account.
No need to submit new verification photos, unless there is a new person on cam.
