As wie all learned from your blog here dirty shows are forbidden on chaturbate (TOS – Section 5o). But where does it start to be a break of Terms of Service? When the broadcaster finally do it live on cam (e.g. pee on partner)? Or does it start earlier? What about offering this stuff in a room’s tip menu (e.g. pee show xxx tokens) or set a tip goal for that (e.g. announcing pee show when goal of xxx tokens is reached)?

Regarding Fisting Toys

Please take note that using a ‘Fisting toy’ is against the rules & Terms that everyone signs up to when joining the site.

Fisting toy is classed as an imitation hand that represents a hand either in a clasped hand (fist) or just a hand.

If a model is found to be using one by either Support / Admins or they are reported, models will receive a site warning.

If a model ignores the site warning & continue to use the toys while on cam or within a video that is uploaded to the site, you are risking your account from being banned.

Can eye masks be worn ? Esp by male cohost permanently? Already verified but do we need to submit new pics? Obviously are bodies etc are still recognizable.

Eye masks are allowed to be worn while on cam yes.

Its best to have 5 minutes at the start of a broadcast without a mask, then every 10 – 15 minutes throughout the broadcast.  This is just to confirm that you are the person that is verified on the account.

No need to submit new verification photos, unless there is a new person on cam.

how can i stop my 2 step security

To disable the 2 Step Security:

On your profile click on ‘Settings & Privacy’, next click on ‘View the security centre’.

From here you’ll be able to choose the bottom option which is:

‘2 Step Verification Settings’ Click on this link and you’ll be taken to the option to Disable this feature.

BUT it is HIGHLY Recommended that you leave this feature ON, this is because of the amount of accounts that can be easily hacked into.

Such conduct will result in an immediate and lifetime ban from use of the Service. – Am I misunderstanding? Say, if I offered 150 tokens for a flash I could get banned?

When you are tipping tokens, you are sending it as a gift to the Model.  If the Model has a list of ‘items’ they will do if they receive that amount of tokens, it is then up to the Model if they wish to perform that said item.

There is nothing stopping you asking a Model this question, it is then up to the Model what they want to do.

What the Rule is actually stating is that, if you state for example:

‘Hey I will send you 150 tokens right now if you do a flash’

So you’re asking the Model to do a flash BEFORE you send the tokens.

Reporting Users / Broadcasters

In the last week, some users / models have decided to report other users or models by using the ‘Ask a Question’ feature anonymously on here.

If you see that a user / model is breaking the ToS / Rules you can take a screenshot of the rule break and email support@chaturbate.com 

Screenshots can help Support in enforcing their rules as they will have the proof of the rule break.  Also stating as much information will also help.

Please take note that Support can take a while to reply to emails as they get inundated with messages from all kinds of subjects.
