For certain toys, you would need to take a photograph of the toy you wish to use and email support@chaturbate.com to confirm if you are allowed to use it.

If you’re talking about the spam bots that have their profile pointing to a scam site then yes you can report these accounts to chaturbate & they are thankful for any spam bot that is reported.

This is normally due to the models own internet or a server issue.
You can try to resolve this by trying a different browser to see if it works, if not there is not much you can do regarding this until a fix has been issued on the Chaturbate server or the model has upgraded their internet / resolution.
Chaturbate have made some changes regarding the ‘NEW’ tag for models.
Due to some issues, Chaturbate are now reserving the ‘NEW’ model tag for only those are are brand new to Chaturbate. So if you have previously been verified on another account and switched to a new account, you will now no longer be entitled to the ‘NEW’ tag.
This to to make it clear to everyone that the model that has the ‘NEW’ tag they are brand new to the Chaturbate community.

From what I understand from Support, verification photographs of cards can not be altered in anyway. But best advice is to email support@chaturbate.com and explain to them this is for your security purpose.
