Hello, I live in South America, and I’ve noticed that some chat rooms have lag or bad definition, and others look great, some way to fix that.
This is normally due to the models own internet or a server issue.
You can try to resolve this by trying a different browser to see if it works, if not there is not much you can do regarding this until a fix has been issued on the Chaturbate server or the model has upgraded their internet / resolution.
Chaturbate Site Update
Chaturbate have made some changes regarding the ‘NEW’ tag for models.
Due to some issues, Chaturbate are now reserving the ‘NEW’ model tag for only those are are brand new to Chaturbate. So if you have previously been verified on another account and switched to a new account, you will now no longer be entitled to the ‘NEW’ tag.
This to to make it clear to everyone that the model that has the ‘NEW’ tag they are brand new to the Chaturbate community.

Does Chaturbate enforce non-compete clauses with studios if a model leaves a studio to work independently?
Chaturbate quote: ‘don’t really have anything to do with this kind of arrangement’
However if a model wishes to keep their username but want to work independently they need to ask the studio to email Chaturbate giving permission to have the account they work under to be released to the model.

to verify my credit card Can I modify in some way the images of my id and my credit card?. por ejemplo : for example: write in the image that “this copy is sent only to chaturbate. com”.
From what I understand from Support, verification photographs of cards can not be altered in anyway. But best advice is to email support@chaturbate.com and explain to them this is for your security purpose.
Can you do the model age verification twice for two different accounts or can you only get verified for 1 account for streaming?
You can be verified on multiple accounts that you are going to be appearing on. Just make sure you take in these factors:
Only ONE account can be broadcasting at a time that you’ll be appearing on.
A Maximum of 5 people can be verified on an single account.

Estim is NOT allowed, you can only use toys that are manufactured as sex toys.
Hey I took a picture of my passport but I got a return message saying that it was an invalid Id, and the reason I got was that it was a duplicate Id. I’m pretty sure it’s not a duplicate ID, but just in case do you guys accept military IDs as verification.

No hand-written or drawn ids
No photoshop or photo/image manipulations
