If a performer has hidden their score on Chaturbate, it is not possible to see it.
But if a performer has a low score & you go to tip the performer, you will still be alerted by Chaturbate due to the low score.

If a model is running script for tips for the lush and they don’t have one shouldn’t they be banned asking for tokens when they are t doing what they say?
Running an App or a Bot is not against the ToS.
Some models will run a Lush or Ohmibod app as they are the popular apps to run, but some don’t know they need to have a remote vibrator to get the full effect.
But saying this, if a model is stating they have a remote vibrator but it turns out they don’t, this may lead to false advertising. This would then need to be checked with Support if its breaking any of the ToS.
Hi again, thanks for your response (2 posts down). I tried logging in to complete the verification but can no longer access the form. It just states ‘Account Banned. We have reason to believe that you may have violated our terms of service.’? I still have a second account which is still usable, do I need to delete this first? It had a link to the verification form previously. Thx.
You need to email support@chaturbate with both of your usernames and state that you wish to have only one verified.
Try using the Subject as ‘Verifying Account Issue’
Hopefully they will unlock the accounts so you can delete the 2nd one and verify the 1st one. Just make sure your ID and photo is VERY clear with nothing blurred.
What’s the meaning of a rule or what’s a rule worth when the violation of the rule stays unpunished or without to impose sanctions on the room/broadcaster? Right now it refers to playing copyrighted music during broadcast, but you can also expand it to other types of media (TV, Games etc). The topic was already discussed in former FAQs. It seems IMHO that chaturbate don’t take that topic seriously or is very generous in the interpretation of their own rule, even when the room is abuse reported
If a broadcaster is on webcam while they are breaking a rule or ToS on Chaturbate & they are reported, then Support / Admin’s have got to investigate the report of abuse. If the report is valid then Support / Admin’s will issue either a warning to the broadcaster that is violating the rule or ToS, otherwise they will place a ban / suspension on the account.
If a broadcaster has had multiple warnings / suspensions and they have ignored these warnings, their account can be banned.
FYI, playing copyright material (this includes TV, Movies, games *computer & console* & music) IS against the ToS which has been confirmed by Support & Shirley (C.O.O of Chaturbate).
If you wish to play music while broadcasting, it has got to be Royalty Free Music. Otherwise use earphones or headphones while listening to music.
If you wish to play games (computer or console) you are free to do so, but NOT showing the actual game (off cam).
Hi! I got banned last year for having an unverified account (despite being 34, which felt a bit weird, but fine – rules are rules). Support told me to verify in order to unlock it, but I instead used it an excuse to quit the CB habit for a while. I’d now like to reopen the account, but my issue is that I think my profile said I was 31/32, rather than 33 – an unfortunate oversight & my own silly fault. Would this preclude me from being able to submit my ID? Is the damage effectively ‘done’? Thx.
No it won’t, you can have your Chaturbate profile as 99. As long as your verification details are correct you’ll be able to have your account back.
Just email support@chaturbate.com with your verification request and they will tell you the next steps, just make sure to include your username.
ok I’m trying to delete my extra accounts but the ban wouldn’t allow me to do so, and my main account “bluespade11” is currently banned and inactive. I have already provided age verification to CB support but I still don’t know what else to do to have this ban lifted. how to I solve this issue?

Try a different browser, this can range from Chrome, Firefox, Opera, etc.
Still have issues:
Recommend using a Free program called CCleaner

This program will scan the computer that you’re using and fix any issues you have. Just click Analyse & then Run Cleaner. Just a note that make sure you remember your usernames and passwords as the program will log you out of the sites that you use.
If this still does not allow you to access Chaturbate, try and use a different computer to see if you’re having the same issue.
If Flash Player is broken & not allowing you to broadcast, you can empty the stored information via CCleaner.
Cleaner >> Applications > Adobe Flash Player – Check box
Depending on which Operating System you’re using will depend on which options you have after doing the above.
how do I provide age verification if I am currently banned from chaturbate? I want to get my account unbanned but every time I make a new account to show age verification, it gets banned immediately. what should I do?
I would highly recommend deleting all the accounts and keeping just one account, then emailing Support@chaturbate.com asking to have your account verified.
They will unlock the account to be verified, then when your ID is confirmed the account will be unbanned.
If someone fake tips, is it possible for the model to be reimbursed through the user in question?
Depends what you mean by ‘fake tip’. If they have posted an emote to make it look like they’ve tipped then the answer is no & its also against the ToS of Chaturbate to post fake tip emotes.
But if a user has actually tipped tokens then the only ways to send the tip back is if the user is verified for accepting tokens. Otherwise they would need to get in touch with support@chaturbate.com with a valid reason why they wish to have a refund.
has anyone noticed that every ones shows are recorded by Chaturbate and put on the net? I say Chaterbate is involved because the logo is removed and no it is not cropping, so someone in the chain is doing this
