If a performer is appearing in the wrong gender, they can be reported under the heading: Broadcaster is wrong gender
Once reported admins will see the report and if enough information is given they will be moved to the correct gender.
But if the performer is appearing as a couple in the wrong gender and the 2nd performer hasn’t been verified, their account will be ‘unverified’ (exhibitionist) until the 2nd performer either doesn’t appear on cam again or they get verified.
If a performer has a goal set and the goal is met, it depends on if the tokens that have been given towards the goal or for something else. But normally the performer will state which & if a goal has actually been met.
The rules have changed for drinking alcohol while broadcasting. While it is not advisable, chaturbate do see that some performers want to have a party atmosphere.
However, performers are not allowed to be intoxicated while broadcasting.
Anonymous users are people who have not registered on the site and they don’t have any usernames. They are either viewing the site directly, going through an affiliate site or viewing your room through one of the many advertisements that Chaturbate have on other sites.
Normally when a recorder username has been found, its reported directly to Chaturbate and the tweet that goes out is to warn others until the user is banned by Chaturbate.

Depending when the admin’s have looked at the report will depend on what they deem they will do to the model for breaking certain rules / terms of the site. Normally they will either give a warning mid stream or when the model goes to broadcast the next time.
But it does take time for some reports to filter through the system.
Broadcasting from public is still against the Terms of the site and not allowed.
Broadcasting from your backyard or private property maybe allowed, but the model would need to get permission from the property owner and Chaturbate for this.
There can NOT be anyway that a neighbour or general public that can view the property that you’d be broadcasting from.
Chaturbate may ask for photographs of where you plan to broadcast from.
