My partner and I are currently thinking about joining chaturbate as broadcasters. I was reading the Terms and Conditions and have a few questions regarding section 5. Subsection K. We are very much so into very rough sex. Specifically acts that include him slapping me and choking me. Is this against the rules? Also, are there any rules against using food, lets say a cucumber or similar as sex toys?
BDSM is allowed up to a point, but you would need to inform support@chaturbate.com what you intend to perform to receive any clearance for your show. Anything that breaks the skin and shows blood is NOT allowed.
Using food or anything that is not advertised / sold as a sex toy is NOT allowed.

Can I perform from a different country while I am away on Holliday?
Yes, you are allowed to broadcast in a different country when on holiday.
But please make sure you abide the local law & that anyone that appears on cam are verified.

This is a hard question as it depends if you’ve received what you tipped for & with you stating that the model refunded the tokens back to you, there’s not much that can be done.
But if you still feel that you wish to complain about the model, you can use the Report Abuse link above the webcam, but as you have been banned from the models room, you would need to email support@chaturbate.com with ALL the details.

chaturbate wont accept my id they keep saying its a duplicate but its a genuine uk government issued drivers licence (provisional) is it all pictured perfectly
UK Provisional Licence are accepted by Chaturbate. Depending how you’re sending the photographs of the ID can depend on if they accept them or not.
Personally I use a scanner for doing the ID, this way they can see the whole ID front and back clearly and theres no blurring.
As long as the ID has not expired ask them what can you do to prove its a genuine ID & why they suspect its a duplicate ID.
