A question About the petite appareance of some models there is a common comment. There are a big mistake users enters to the models rooms and they report many times to perjudicate the model, so there no will be opportunity to stream again be cause what happend to all the models girls, shemale, mens +18, they gonna be banned for the same reason (mad troll users reporting)It is necessary to report only for the appearance even is 18+ ID?
This is one of the biggest issues on Chaturbate for a long while with trolls reporting Models and Exhibitionists for being underage, when the person is clearly NOT underage.
Chaturbate have answered this question that I asked them, but due to the content of the email I will not give this content out publicly.
If you’re a model that has this issue, you will need to contact shirley@chaturbate.com or ramona@chaturbate.com for help in this matter, BUT these two emails are for ONLY verified models. They can’t discuss any models issues with other users (fan club members, Models moderators or users that visit the model)
Hey I have an account at the moment which is verified, BUT I want to make another with my girlfriend, where we can do couple stuff. It has to be a separate account because I don’t want US to use MY username. Is it ok to get age verified for the 2nd time on the 2nd account (obviously she will too) OR will the site think its ID fraud?Please let me know, this is a serious question. Kind Regards
You’re allowed to have 2 accounts and be verified on each, but just do NOT broadcast on both at the same time.
I submitted my credit card and ID to increase my transactions per day and token per transaction. Until 7 days ago, I was permitted 5 transactions per day. Then there was a drop to 0. I resubmitted my paperwork and I was given only 1 transaction. I waited 48 hours thinking a clock had to reset. Still no return to 5. As of Friday, I have no transactions permitted. Emails to support go unanswered. What is going on? Who do I contact for assistance?

For the time being: The reason of this system is to protect Chaturbate & the bill payer from credit card fraud. The time limits can range depending on how much you have spent on the site & how quickly you have spent.
The responding from Support is known as they are going through the new email system.
Once Support has replied to the questions I have submitted I will edit this message with the answers.
UPDATE:
Chaturbate give you 5 transactions per day, which can be increased to 6 if needed. But this can only be done every 90 days, they do state that you might be able to wait 24 hours before requesting another transactions if its possible.
If they can’t increase your transactions due to the limit, there are other ways of purchase tokens:
bank wire or money order
If you wish to go via this method you can email Support to ask for the details for making a transfer, the minimum amount is $250 where tokens are prices at $0.08 per token.
For example, a wire transfer of $500.00 will be credited 6,250 tokens
How to enter a room if you’ve been denied access
If you’ve been presented with access denied, this could be due to multiple reasons. Its recommended that you accept this and move on.

It depends on the reason of your ban, some violations you wont be allowed back, verified or not.
Do you get a verification email telling you you are age verified and how long does verification usually take.
You should receive an email to state you are verified. The length of time it takes depends how busy Support are.
This can range from 30 minutes to 24 hours, but if there is an issue with ID or the photo’s you have submitted it can take longer.
What would happen to someones delete account if chaturbate was to ever be hacked. Would this release my passport picture, email address and name used when verifying age
