Hi everyone would like to ask some question and help from admin, I am managing models here in the Philippines and 9 of them are my active models who work everyday, all of them get banned in chaturbate and all of them have the same gmail that I used. I have no any idea what to do if one of them have violated the rules of cb, is there any chance that they can go back to cb as models? it is our only Bread and butter, any one can help me please ðŸ˜ðŸ˜
As you are running a studio you need to contact support to find out why the studio account has been banned (possibly terminated).
You need to visit the following page & scroll to the bottom to fill out a request for help. Please note it can take anywhere from 24 hours to 1 week for support to reply.
I’ve been a loyal cammer on Chaturbate for years. I actually had a heart attack and I’m in the hospital right now due to the ban. My father has cancer, I’m the only provide and they are going to take my child away. I’ve emailed 10 times this morning. And I take responsibly for whatever reason. But before a ban shouldn’t we get suspended in case? I’m homeless tomorrow if I can’t receive my funds; tokens I didn’t cash out or cant can. I love Chaturbate. I already had one regular kill himsekf this morning as his wife reached out to me. Chaturbate saved me during my depression and I help save others. We are sorry to hear what has happened to you & your family. Regarding the banning, this all depends on what the reason is for the account to be banned is for. You will need to contact support to find out why you have been banned.

You only need to post once not 6/7 times, you will need to email support@chaturbate.com to find out why you were banned. But please only send them ONE email otherwise it could take longer for them to investigate why you were banned.
I am suspended and I think i know what i did wrong after rereading to guidelines again. Please reinstate my account i sure didn’t plan on my friend even coming out. I immediately stop my modelling on live. Please can I go live. I promise to behave and never have myself in that position to be walked in on.
The username that you have stated seems to have been a deleted account, but saying that we are NOT Chaturbate. We can only advise so hence we state that you need to contact support regarding your account.

The username you have supplied is not on Chaturbate. But in any case you will need to email support@chaturbate.com to find out why your account was banned.
You normally receive a warning while on the site if you are broadcasting, if no warning you will have violated the terms which would have been a straight ban.
Hi, can you advise, CB changed the rules and now during away mode it is not allowed to appear in the frame to a person who has not been verified? I realize it’s mostly viewers here, but people from the studios would be very helpful. If this is true, can you send a link where it says about the new rules?
Anyone that appears on a models / streamers live feed or even when they appear away have got to be age verified that has always been the case.
Normally in away mode Chaturbate will show the screen ‘Performer is Away’ after a private show has finished. If during this time a model decides to show a screen of a person, that person has to be verified on that account. It does not matter if that person is verified on another account, they have to be verified on the account they are being shown on.
For example if model A is away & shows model B, model B has to be verified on model A’s account.
Hi! I have an unused account that I want to be deleted, but I lost the mail and password. Do unused accounts get deleted after some time unactive? thanks!
As far as we are aware, Chaturbate do not delete unused accounts.
I’ve been banned from chaturbate but I transfer my tokens to cash before I was banned . Will I still receive this payment?
We cannot guarantee a model will be paid once they have been banned. You would need to check with Chaturbate to see if you’re going to be paid or not as it could be an issue if you didn’t cash out before the ban was imposed.
I am making this email in regards that my account was temporarily suspended. I am new to the filming business and spoke to some friends whom been in the industry a bit longer than I have. There was a bit of miscommunication and I thought I was allowed to have someone be in my videos as well and didn’t know they had to fill out a form to be in them. I am hoping to have my account restored as soon as possible and will be careful with the verification process of filming with other people. Hope to hear from you soon thank you.

An account was banned. I know there is never an explanation but should I delete a recording from my collection?
If it is a recording from a private you have had with a banned model then you should be fine, as it’s the model that will have the issue not the user. If you want to check if it’s fine to keep you could email support@chaturbate.com & ask them.
The only issue where this could be a problem is IF you have requested the model to perform an act within the private that is against the terms.
Chaturbate will have a transcript of the conversation.
