A model scammed me and humiliated me. How do i get her banned?

If you have been cheated out of tokens, you need to report the matter to support@chaturbate.com but please do NOT make it into a revenge matter, as soon as support has investigated the matter they will more that likely refund the tokens that has been spent.

If it’s found to be true they normally issue a warning to the model, if you do get your tokens back do NOT return to that models room.

It is always best to just forget the model in question & forget about them.

If you make the matter into a revenge issue, you yourself could find yourself into trouble with Chaturbate & may end up having your account banned.

Which is why we suggest report, then move on.

Please really think about to publish this story, maybe with censored usernames. You can check the story with the profile links and via check both usernames on (website) by yourself. We have looked at the usernames that were given & can see that it is the same model / streamer. But just a note that the model has stated that on Chaturbate they are a ‘trans non binary’, the other site that are streaming on they’re only down as a female.

We understand the frustration & confusion with being a female on one site & in the trans section on the Chaturbate, unless we actually see their ID we cannot really state which section they should be in.

As far as we know models are allowed to stream on multiple sites at the same time as Chaturbate, but we will confirm this with support this week. Some models when streaming on multiple sites will blank their stream on one website if they receive a private show on the 2nd site or even go offline on the 1st site until the 2nd site’s private has finished.

Some will also have the same show on both sites, if one sites users are able to tip the models & they perform the show on one. They will allow the same show to be played out on both sites to try & generate the income.

If you have any concerns regarding a model being shown in the incorrect section, you can report it to support who will look into the issue. If the model is found to be in the incorrect section support will move them to the correct section. They also do issue warnings to models if they continue to move back to the incorrect sections.

If a model receives a warning & they ignore the warning by clicking I accept the official warning just to dismiss the message & then carry on with their show, they can be banned if they continue to break the rules or the warning they have received. There are a lot of models who receive an on screen warning by support & they will click the message to dismiss it as they are more interested in making money, it’s only when they get banned that they take notice & will then state that they didn’t know they had broken a rule.

This is where the support can state that they accepted the official warning when the model has dismissed the message. As the models don’t always read the messages they receive.

Are you prepared to receive reports of fraud on chaturbate, to read them without reservation, impartially and carefully and, if necessary, to publish them transparently on your blog in order to perhaps educate other broadcasters about how chaturbate works as a platform and which abusive and fraudulent behavior of some broadcasters is apparently openly permitted and accepted by chaturbate as the platform operator?

Questions regarding fraud or even users claiming a fraud has happened regarding a streamer to have their username published on here would cause more issues for the blog than what it would solve. For the wider community.

I got banned without being aware of what I did. I did not get any warnings before or I also cant guess what the reason could be. I am afraid of not being able to stream anymore on cb. I am always very aware of being correct during my stream. All my Tokens are frozen too. What will happen with them

The username you have given does not seem to be on Chaturbate, so we cannot see any previous streams.

Chaturbate does give out warnings to streamers, with some streams being taken off for a few seconds for you to click that you confirm that you’ve been warned over a violation or else they will send you an email stating you have broken a rule or the terms during a stream.

You will need to contact support to find out why your account was banned & have to wait for them to reply to you. The tokens for the moment will have been frozen on your account until the ban is lifted.

IF your account is NOT banned but Terminated, this is a totally different situation & you may find it hard to either get back onto the site or even cash the tokens out.

These are users with accounts on Chaturbate, even those with multiple accounts only count as 1 user.

Good evening. I have two accounts for work. Due to the fact that one of the users destroyed my rating (thumbs down and up). I wanted to create a new account, I created it, was in it for about 3 minutes and left, did not write to anyone, did not turn on the broadcast. I left it and forgot about it. But after 4-5 days I received a letter. “Recently, we received documentation which indicated you may have created your account (name given in part) in serious violation of the Chaturbate Terms.” What did I violate? by creating an empty account. Is this a mistake? Am I banned forever?

Unfortunately only Chaturbate will know of the reason why the account was banned. You will need to contact them to find out the reason for the ban.

I was in the room from the broadcaster (name given). We agreed for 350 tokens first, that she would do a show for me, after she complained that she wanted big tips, instead of the smaller ones I gave her, I followed that up with another 300 tokens, of which we again agreed to do a show. In the end, she didn’t do/show anything. She took the 650 tks and banned me!

You would need to report this matter to support@chaturbate.com and give them as much information as you can including the time it happened. They ‘should’ give a refund & send a warning / ban the streamer once they have investigated the matter.

hello last 1 week my account waz baneed because i worked whit window open and i stay at 1th floor and people who waz outside laughting and heare on cam. after that i get ban for no reason.i dont understand that how i can get ban for no reason? i understand if someone apearing on cam. but i have all videos and you can see cuz windows waz open. we worked 9 years almost on this platform and this is the only way how we make money . please understand us cuz we don t did any mistake or to broke rules. thx for understand and we wait your unswer 

Only Chaturbate can state why an account has been banned. You will need to find out why the account was banned. It could range from having a conversation within your room public chat feed or via DM to having someone on cam via body part like a hand or background noise that are not verified on the account.

We do know that if a person is off cam and can be heard on the stream which isn’t verified on the account can and does cause accounts to be banned.

I don’t know why I was Banned. 3 days ago and No Reply from Chaterbate.

Regarding the ban, you need to wait up to 72 hours for a reply. If there’s no reply after this time reply to the automated message you will have received after your first email to Support.

Please do NOT email them again for a new ticket as this can and does push your issue down the queue.

Is it against site rules for a moderator to poach users from other rooms and charge the model for it?

It is against the rules to advertise another model / streamers room in another room via public or private DM’s.

The model that the moderator is sending users to is responsible for their actions.
