These kinds of sites will provide a false DMCA contact page to trick you into retrieving your IP address so they can block your access to the site/s.

The only way to remove the content is to report the sites & content that your recordings are on to support@chaturbate.com who may ask for ALL urls that have the actual content or provide you with another email address to forward all the urls for removal via the search engines.

This is one of the most unfortunate and dark sides of being a webcam model.

It all depends on where the recordings are located.

You can email support@chaturbate.com for help in removal which they may provide you with another email address to report the recordings to.  They may ask where the recordings are located and which page they were found on, so providing as much information as possible will help.

If Chaturbate can’t have them removed, they normally turn to the search engine i.e. Google, Bing, Yahoo, etc, etc to have the links removed so they don’t appear in the results.

Please note that some recordings / images can NOT be removed from the actual site/s.

A Model / Broadcaster can ban anyone from their room, they don’t need a reason to ban a user from the room.

But normally a user will be banned for the following:

Disrespect,

Trolling,

Posting disgusting images,

Spam,

Not listing to rules of their room, not listening to moderators (if there are any)

or Just sitting in their room and not talking

It can also be a case of they may of banned you by mistake.

If your account has been received an IP ban, it means that Chaturbate have given you a complete site ban due to breaking the Terms of the site.

An IP ban by Chaturbate isn’t give out lightly and there is no way of removing this.

When you place your email in a bio, yes it normally happens.  If you want to limit this, you can split your email up and the users who want to send you giftcards will need to put it together for it to work.  Otherwise you can make an image with your email written in it, this way can be more secure for you, but it may still happen.

Sometimes the best way that some models have found is to have a wish list with sites like Amazon, add the voucher to the wish list and add a note with your email address underneath

You can make another account with the same payout details if you wish, Chaturbate don’t link accounts for payout details.

You can have the option of earning tokens on a 2nd account and then tip your 1st account to cash out.

If a model has been recorded by a user, the user can be reported to support@chaturbate.com and they will have their account banned as its against the Terms & Conditions of the site.

All models are protected via DMCA by Chaturbate, if any recordings are found they can be removed by Chaturbate / Model / a third party acting on behalf of the model.

Please note that when content isn’t removed Chaturbate contacts search engines to remove the access to the site/s where the content was found.

The only time that Chaturbate will report to the authorities is:

Minor appears on cam (Section 5.A Terms),

“There can be no minors, children, babies or unauthorized persons on camera or in the same room. In the event that any such minor appears on camera, we will immediately report you to NCMEC and any and all law enforcement we feel, in our sole and absolute discretion, appropriate.”

Any content uploaded to chaturbate that involves minors (Section 3 & 4 Terms)

“In the event that You request, upload, stream and/or share any image(s) of any minor, as mentioned above, we will not contact you. We will simply terminate your account and report you to NCMEC and any and all law enforcement we, in our sole and exclusive discretion, determine appropriate;”
